Terms + Conditions

Our booking requires a deposit equal to the price of a 1 night's stay in your chosen apartment.

The deposit is non-refundable but we are happy to transfer it for a future stay in case of holiday delays or reschedule.

We are legally required to collect some basic ID information from you upon your arrival and provide it to the Croatian tourist registry, to comply with the Croatian tourism law . This information includes your full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, ID document number. We do not retain these records - they are stored securely on the Croatian Tourism Board's servers.

All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace areas.
